2023 marks the halfway point for the UN Global Goals (SDGs) – the World’s To Do List and the best available plan, agreed to by 193 countries, to build a fairer world with no one left behind.

We might be halfway to 2030, but we’re far from halfway to achieving the SDGs. The climate crisis impacts every aspect of the Goals, from those living in extreme poverty, to access to education, to habitat loss and climate refugees. We urgently need to mobilise all of our available resources to support those on the front lines and enable bold, tangible collective action for mitigation and adaptation and unavoidable loss and damage.
